There will be 3 Judging Panels, one for each section, namely:

•      Colour Open
•      Monochrome Open
•      Nature

Each panel will be made up of 3 Judges, the Chairman and 2 other Judges, where the chairman (Mr Anthony Blackman) will sit on all three panels.
